HIGHLAND COW

I've always loved the shaggy appearance and easy going temperament of Highland Cows (or as they say in Scotland... Heilan Coos) But you don't have to travel across the pond to see them. They are bred all over Colorado. Lucky for me, there is a herd right down the road from our place!
